Cancellation Policy

Up to 4 weeks before the arrival date, the booking can be canceled free of charge.

From 4 to 2 weeks before arrival – 50% of the room cost will be charged.

In case of cancellation from 2 weeks until the first date of arrival, no refund is possible.

Please note that change of arrival / departure date within this deadline is counted as cancellation. Cancellations and / or changes must always be made in writing directly to Meetx and not to the hotel:  ewlp2020@meetx.se
