The registration fee includes: attendance to all sessions, congress material, lunches and refreshments in the breaks during the congress days.
The student fee applies for all students enrolled in a recognized academic institution. To register students must be able to provide Student ID or similar documentation. PhD-students/PhD-candidates preparing for their PhD-degree are allowed to register as “Students”.
Each accepted EWLP 2022 Paper must have at least one full registration attached to it before April 20, 2022 in order to be included in the programme.
The Welcome reception includes mingle food and a glas of wine. The reception will be hsoted by the City of Gothenburg and will take place at the conference Venue

The conference dinner will take place in the historical stone fortress Carlsten at the Island of Marstrand. Dinner is included in your conference fee, but pre-registration is mandatory. The transfer busses will leave at 17:30 from outside the conference Venue. Scheduled to be back by 22:30-23:00
A number of hotel rooms in different price categories have been pre-booked in Gothenburg for the conference. Book your room via the online booking service when you register for the conference.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information we ask for in the registration is the information we need to properly arrange the meeting, logistics, login, payments etc. We will provide relevant information with our partners (travel agency / hotel / venue and industry) with the same purpose. Neither we nor our partners will share any information with third parties. We may keep your name and email address for future events, but you are always free to reject any invitations. We can not register your information without your approval. Swedish tax legislation requires us to charge VAT (25%) on registration fees for both Swedish and non-Swedish customers. If your company is headquartered in a EU VAT-area country, you may apply for a VAT refund at your tax office in your home country.
Kindly contact your tax authority for more information on VAT refunds.
All payments should be made in Swedish krona (kr/SEK). All bank transfer charges in connection with transferring fees are to be paid by the delegate. No personal, company or Euro-cheques will be accepted.
Payment can be made by the following methods:
Credit card – Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Please note that all credit card payments are made through a secure and encrypted online payment gateway, and will be listed as a transaction with Sweden Meetx AB on your credit card statement.
Invoice – Only possible for Swedish companies/organisations with a valid Swedish VAT number (Org.nr). Invoices should be paid within 30 days.
Until 20 April 2022, cancellation is possible and you will be refunded the congress fee less an administrative cost of SEK 500. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations received after April 20th 2022. If you cannot attend the congress, your registration is transferable to another member of your organisation, an administrative cost of SEK 250 will be charged. Please note that change of arrival/departure dates within this deadline is to be counted as cancellation. Changes and/or cancellations have to be made directly to Sweden MEETX AB and not to the hotel.
